You have 24 hours after receiving the item to contact us about your return request, and you have 30 days from receipt to send it back to us.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
If you purchased an item with a discount code and would like to re-order in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just contact us and provide us with the order number for the original item as well as the new item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAILURE ORDER?
We always try to ensure the best order is delivered to you, however in some unfortunate cases you receive a defective order, please contact us immediately with proof, we will refund or send you a new product.
