PACKAGING OF ITEMS

Each product is shipped in its original packaging and is placed in a poly bag, which protects the filter from damage during shipping.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise in case of a claim.

CAN CUSTOMERS CANCEL THEIR ORDER?
