You have 24 hours after receiving the product to submit a return request to us. The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving confirmation of your return from us. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
When you receive your item, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.
RETURNS
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the existing item. Once we accept your return, we will send you a new item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.

Note: Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
